How should I challenge & thus find the best programmers to colaborate with me in creating online games?

I have ideas and vision but little money, I'm looking for people that have programming knowledge but need ideas or vision, prospects = at least fun, hopefully mutual profit.

if you have any talent, what so ever... start making free ware... eventually the "big guys" will see you. They are always looking at that stuff
