Honestly, no, I don't act like someone I am not. What is the point? Later in life it always manages to bite you in the a** anyway! Atleast if you are true, and still get bit, you know you deserved it!

Yes I have, pretending to be happy in a relationship when I was not. Smiling at work when I felt like crying and felt physically ill.

somewhat. I try to act more upbeat and less depressed than I usually am. Sometimes it actually helps me to feel better but not always.

I think this happens to most of us and I agree sometimes its kinda hard to keep our real us. But we have to do our best to keep up with our principles and our conscience.
