Also, are 10 points always removed when a question is removed?
Why are my crappy questions still there while the good ones are being removed?

I got 3 violations today- for asking what it was doing out your window? How is that a violation? And they didn't tell me what it was for either. Probably chatting like everything else. Yahoo is getting to be alot like our government!

Well no one could be answering your good questions. So they remove them. As for points points being taken away at MyQ&A there is a little area that you can go to that tells you why points are given and tooken away.

I don't know,but 10 - 12 of my Q's were removed. I lost 100 points.
I mentioned on the Q that someone forgot to post them. And I
was pissed about it. So maybe that's my penalty.
I was upset because they took 5 pts. to post & 10 pts. to remove.
I'm here 16 - 20 hrs. per day. This isn't fair.
The Q's they should've cut, they didn't.

Check out the Yahoo Answers Team 360. The blog/article in this link mentions spam filtering for questions. http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-d8pH0dcoRKeB12yOcnUQp.9VCFos?p=8650

Something to think about..

50 incoming emails (spam filtering OFF)
Inbox folder
-50 emails (35 spam emails) <- really really sucks
Bulk/Spam folder
-0 emails

or

50 incoming emails (spam filtering ON)
Inbox folder
-13 legitimate (correctly classified & routed)
-1 spam (incorrectly classified & routed)
Bulk/Spam folder
-2 legitimate (incorrectly classified & routed) <-sucks
-34 spam (correctly classified & routed)

Not a perfect system, but definately better then nothing.

Because that is what happens here. The Y!A moderators are very strict about questions. Dragon does not understand it, even when they send an email telling her of her question that violated guidelines because the reason they give is not even a reason at all, it just says "Community Guidelines Violation", but not which of the guidelines was violated. :(

yeah they steal 10 points when they pull a question plus the 5 it cost you to ask it which is why i don't ask questions anymore. let the secure white american azzholes ask the questions being that it seems they never get reported or nothing happens to them
