I would like to know if anyone has heard of or owns a approx. 1929 Fellows and Stuart Brand Luxury Cabin Cruiser. My father bought one in 1982 and it was gorgeous, I haven't been able to find one or even a pictureof one anywhere. The name of our boat was "The Maudie B". It would be AWESOME to even find it. We bought it in Dana Point and crusised it up and Mored it at the tip of the Queen Mary in Long Beach Harbour.

No, I am not rich, however my father was just a smart business man that never worked for anyone in his life, he was a metallurgical engineer (sigh). He had aluminum smelting plants and he sold to large companis like toyota and RJ Renolyds Tabacco Co (yes, aluminum foil
too). He liked nice big toys, like the Classic Wooden Boat. I however, am poor, I live a average life with an average house, in a way above average cost of living town (Tahoe). I am married to a finish carpenter that only makes $35.00 an hour. However, I was able to reap the beni's of a good life thanks to my father, ie: traveling, boats, planes, mansion on a hill.
Once my parents were divorced, It was all gone! I'm Ok with it!
(would love to have that mansion on the hill back though!)

I googled Fellows and Stuart and got a few hits but nothing close to your boat....may Isuggest aclassified or letter to editor to WoodenBoat Magazime in MAin or Latitude 38 in Sausilito?
Between the two....and LAt38 being west coast you have a better chance......you'll rech probably 75% of us wooden boat people......Good Luck!
