Yahoo finance reports the ratio. Go there and key in the symbol of the stock. The PE ratio shows 3rd from the bottom on the right hand side of the statistics. If none is shown, the stock generally is not making any earnings.

Find the stock price (this is easy to do).

Find the earnings per share (EPS).

Divide the stock price by the earnings per share

You can find historical EPS from the company's Income Statement. Many people like to use a projected EPS (sometimes called Forward EPS). You can get this yourself by creating a Pro Forma income statement, or use the concensus projected earnings from the analysts who cover the company.
