You need to go to a good department store that has a cosmetic area. Tell the women of your concerns and I'm sure they will have some suggestions for you. Your current break-out may be due to the brand of make-up you are wearing. You made need to get your skin back to healthy before worrying about uneven skin and scars.

I like bare essentuals make up. It doesnt have any chemicals or oils in it so its okay to put it on your face. it can be a little on the expensive side, but right now you can get the starter kit at ulta for only 60.00! It comes with 2 face colors, and 2 blushes, plus the brushes you need and a how-to DVD. Its really a good deal.

dont cake on make-up, but if its needed, wear light-weight foundation such as powdered or dream matte mousse.
