how can i make a truly alive AI system. capable of 'i think therfor i am'

could the internet beused as a distributed nural node system to do this?

im afraid to say that A.L.I.C.E. is pants, im talking like in the movie AI. and i want to somehow make something like skynet!! im not scared, i just want to make a like form all of my own (and no having kids isnt what i mean)

wow good luck with that! I am afraid of that stuff it would be like "the Terminator" stuff going on. Don't do it!
