Not sure about the % but Paul Newman (popcorn, pasta sauces etc) has given generous amounts to various projects. Celestial Seasonings have a very good program also and so do many others.

Nearly every large company gives some amount of their revenue to charity. Right now Dell is giving a % on certain sales. Yoplait does that % for lids thing.
