contact the state bar association for your state they have referral division, normally the attorney general's office will prosecute for ssi fraud, provided you have evidence to convince them. it is not a forum for revenge or payback so be very sure of your facts before getting the ball rolling. not only does fraud costs the taxpayers money so does a trial and investigation.

That's a Federal matter, and a serious one. If you have good reason to do so, you can report it to the SSI office, but you damn sure better have proof.

look in the governmental section of your phone book. Be sure that the person you are turning in is really breaking the law though. It is a federal offense you are talking about and that carries a maximum of 80 percent prison time.

Lawyers don't try people, they defend them or sue them- Judges do the trying- Prosecutors bring the charges- be ware that making a false statement is a crime itself- and its actionable in Civil court.
