DEFINATELY EBAY! but i would look for the type of phone you want and make sure it comes with even a one yr warranty. (You never no what can happen) I think you may also be able to buy sim cards on ebay too...if you need one of those.

I would try ebay but make sure you look at the persons feedback and ask if the phone has a clean record or a sim card.
