The key is to not get into that situation in the first place. But if you find yourself glued to someone you really don't like or trust, take your cell phone to the bathroom and call a friend. Have them call you back in 10 minutes and tell you something dreadful has happened and you are needed at home,or at your parents' house, etc. Don't let him come in. Don't answer his calls. you've already answered your own question. it's called a one-night stand because that's all it'll ever be. i'm assuming you're a girl - guys never worry about questions like these! For girls, just leaving quickly - no excuses, no explanations, just 'gotta go!' - works best. Guys love the mystery of the encounter and will remember you fondly forever. if you start making up excuses, you'll just spoil the moment.

Tell them you have a girlfriend/boyfriend and say you've made a mistake and you feel bad for your other half. You were stupid to get so drunk, and now your feel guilty about doing it!
Obviously don't have a one night stand if you have a girlfriend becuase that is just sick low morals and it's not classy!
