There's no question. New York has the best pizza yet made. Chicago pizza is nice, for what it is, but it is a totally different kind of thing than authentic New York pizza. St. Louis pizza? That sounds to me like Boise pizza or Fresno pizza or Bloomington, IN pizza. Fine perhaps, but not in contention for best.

AND, here's a critical thing about pizza that you probably didn't know. How can you tell that a Russian spy has infiltrated your town's pizza place? Because it cuts its round pizzas in SQUARES instead of in wedges! Anyone who didn't have to learn about pizza from a KGB fact book would KNOW that round pizzas get cut in wedges, not squares.

Definitely St. Louis style pizza. No contest.

Never tried St. Louis style. Wasn't aware they had their own style. But I have heard that when it comes to pizza that's authentically Neapolitan, NYC is the closest thing to Italy for a good pie.

New Haven ain't bad either! :)
