they should be able to decide when they open the invoice... you will have to send the invoice when the bidding is over... you will have an option that says send invoice... you do it all on your own paypal does not automatically do it ... hope this helps...

you will send them an invoice. on the invoice before you send it i think you can add the extra options for shipping. when you get it ready send it to them and then they will have to take it from there. when they check out youll see a lil buggy by there name meaning they have checked out.

So did your buyer choose option #1? If not then you can contact the buyer and tell them that you are going to ship with the cheapest option and return the shipping monye to their paypal account. That way everyone is happy.

well u could contact the buyer and ask them what option they choose, if they want to change their mind, since they could send the extra on a seperate payment which is easy to do, but does hold well for your rep.. if you dont know how to sell an item correctly and i dont think the buyer will buy from you again.

yikes, too confusing...don't even list through ebay anymore, go to auctiva.com you can do all your ebay listing, shipping, everything. and multiple scrolling photos, scrolling frames and wall-paper, for free. my son-in-law works for them...it's great, and they have really good tech support...as long as you're not rude to them. if you are, they'll just cancel your account. my son-in-law has customers cuss him out, and threaten to sue, and it's a free service...is that funny, or what. lmao.
