Every time myself and my friend go to the bank, people start screaming when we get our guns out and ask for all of the money - obviously this attracts unwanted attention from the police which is the last thing we want. Has anybody got any tips?

Scream louder and scream before these guys start screaming. By doing it first, and taking out your guns at the same time, they will all be stunned. Their first reaction would be to freeze and collapes. They won't have the time or mood to scream. Try that.
