You know, it is really hard to figure out what you are trying to say when your spelling is so dreadful. However -- if I've read this correctly, Chris told you he was going to go out with you, but he didn't and he's now going out with Cass.
Okay, I'm with you so far.
But then you say 'he he ever says me out' and I haven't a clue what that means.
Should you go out with him? It doesn't sound like he's asked you to, so that's a non-issue.
Maybe you should pay a bit more attention to your schoolwork and a little less to Chris, and pretty soon he'll get the idea that you're not just sitting there eagerly waiting for his sun to shine on you. And by that time, you'll have Bs instead of Cs on your report card, and likely have a new boyfriend as well.
Give it a try -- from the sounds of it, you haven't much to lose.
