Skilling if he serves his entire sentence will be in his late 70s when he leave prison. I don't trust my employer with my pension but some employees are required to manage the pension plan. I think the sentence was more then adequate. In my opinion each employee should be required to manage their own portion of their pensions determine which investment to place their money in. Whatever the employer portion is the employee cannot assume they have control of that instrument. Nor should the employer take undue risks with it. It should not be used to bolster the balance sheet.
My employer keeps the entire amount in interest bearing bonds.. No risk.. We had an opportunity for a period to invest in a 403b but because the risk associated the employer limit our options to AM Best A++++ annuity based instruments .. (WHICH limits the potential for true appreciation of value over time)..

Skilling sentence too long, people need to learn to wipe their own butt, employers shouldn't baby sit people retirement investments.

How about six months (consecutive) for each and every person that was a victim of the scam.
