So it seems, 5 1/2 WEEKS for a connection! Run to BT, or NTL!

I'm afraid to say yes they are and I'm stuck with them for 18 months , i don't no a lot bout PCs ... so i was having probs phoned the help line no good could-not understand them foned for someone to come out the yellow pages £ 60 later I'm connected hooray ..
few days later loose the connection fone the helpline at 10 p a minute again got some bum on the line from south africa 20 Min's later he puts me on hold ,( while I'm waiting i talk to my wife ) finally he comes back and repeats some of the things i said to my wife .. pissed off by now PC not working nosey git on fone call customer service manage to get £ 10 credited to my bill .. now pc OK fingers crossed
