I don't really believe in the cusp as in being a little bit of both.. certain years, the cusp has been a wider range as in Aquarius may extend into Pisces, or Pisces may begin earlier. It depends on the way the planets were situated.

However, you discuss here the Rising Sign. Every aspect of your birth chart is based on a time, and sometimes that time borders between two signs. The Rising Sign here is the one that is determined by www.0800-horoscopes.com if you put in your time of birth information, under "Birth Charts." It also depends on location. This website is pretty reliable and asks for enough information to gather the appropriate info u seek.

We are Aquarius if on Feb. 18 like me. We have Pisces tendencies. If you are Feb. 19 then you are Pisces with Aquarius tendencies. Besides, most sites say we are Aquarius if you are the 18. Get the book call Sexology it breaks down the guys form the girls in the signs.

Astro.com has the most accurate time for rising signs, in my opinion. I'm in a similar situation to you. I was born so close to being a Capricorn rising that sometimes sites and books have told me I am a Capricorn rising. But according to Astro.com and Msn horoscopes, I'm a Sagittarius rising. Your birth time may be so close that it can come down to location to tell what your rising sign is.

Your rising sign is the sign that was on the eastern horizon at the moment you were born. This depends entirely on the time of day you were born, and the geographical location. You need the latitude and longitude of where you were born to be exact.

Your sign could be on the cusp. This means that your birth date lands between the moving of planets so in theory you can be both (read up on them you may find that you have personality traits of both) and its not a case of one being right and one wrong.

I know this cos I have read up on it as mines falls between taurus and gemini and like you I wondered about this for bloody ages till I done something about it.

Accurate rising sign can only be calculated by your exact time of birth. All others are guesses. Believe it or not.
