And Is the girl pregnant. She's holding her stomach a lot in the whole thing, and she's vomiting at one point...... Or is she just really, REALLY upset about her BF's Death??

I believe the Rascal Flatts Video you are talking about is actually "What Hurts the Most". She says I saw you because her boyfriend asked what she saw in the future and she never answered while he said he saw her. I like to say that she is just REALLY upset about his death but no one really know for sure!
