Uranus rotates backwards like Venus it is known as retrogade a planetary object rotating in the opposite direction.

Hello Ducky person,
Rotate usually means,'around a point'; like we say that Earth rotates on its axis. Similarly, we say that Uranus rotates on its axis. It also revolves around the Sun.
Side to side... I don't know what you mean here.

Well, there's no up and down in space... but relatively speaking, yes, its axis is tilted, so it looks like it's rotating top to bottom.
