Does any one use PSP Blender?

I need to Know if it is a scam or not. I have herd mixed reactions.

Use a credit card where you know you can get your money back if it is a scam. So then just try it and if it s scam get them to get your money back.

I purchased 2 days ago had nothing but problems from the start.You have to have a static ip address cost you an extra $10 a month, downloads are slow. You have to hack your PSP to a 1.5v plus download emulators fast loaders ect, very confusing. If you ask me I'de say it's piracy, it is a bunch of torrent files for you to download. It's a waste of time and money. Hope this helps.
