My first signs even before I missed a period were nausea, constipation, heart burn and headaches. I dont' know when you expect your period or when you had unprotected sex, but usually you spot (if you spot at all) during inplantation bleeding which is typically anywhere from 7-10 days past ovulation. Ovulation is usually 14 days before your next expected period. Although most experts say it is impossible to feel any symptoms of pregnancy until at least implantation occurs, I knew about 3 days after I had sex that I was pregnant and I have talked with a lot of women who feel the same way. My advice, if you are late, take a test. I took a test 4 days before my period was due with a first response test and got a positive. Hope you get whatever answer you are hoping for.

I think the spotting for one day is a big flag for 'yes'. . .espically if spotting isn't usual for you. That could've been the embryo attaching to the uterine lining. Are you late? Wait till 14 days after possible conception, and take a home test. Good luck!
