this is the dress. it doesnt exist, so i have to make something that looks similar. ive looked at a whole lotta stores and all over the internet and i cant find a dress! im just looking for a long flowyish plain blue long-sleeved dress. if u find something PLEASE post the link!

If you go to e-bay, there is a link for custom work under the clothes - check those out.
If you want to work with someone local, and you can't find a costume shop in your area, I would post on craigslist and start checking out drycleaners (they often do tailoring, but could do a whole piece, depending on the place.

Oh that's soo cute. You should buy the material froma fabric store and go to a tailor.
