Yes i have been paid with one on eBay,they are electronic cheques ,they take a little longer to clear 5 days,but are good safe cash,as soon as it cleared it was in my paypal account.

It's an electronic check. It's where the money will be taken out of your checking account and will take 4-6 days or so to clear.

It is electronic check, you buy something you pay by a check on line you give bank name account number account name check number on your checking book, so you do not mail a check they print all of that on form and cash it instantly or reserve the money from your account.
