Take some anti inflammatory pain killers and use heat (hot water bottle wrapped in a towel is ideal) on the neck to ease soreness. Move it gently while the heat is on the neck. You have probably pulled a mucle. If it isnt feeling better in a couple of days see your doctor.

I had a similar problem with my neck and it hadn't cleared up within a couple of days so I went to the Doctor who sent me for an x-ray. Don't want to alarm you but I was diagnosed with a degenerative disc disease which is not as bad as it sounds. It's wear and tear on the spinal bones and although it will give you a little pain now and again it can be controlled with Diclofenac and Dihydrocodeine tablets which are anelgesics and strong painkillers. I would recomend a trip to see your Doctor.

i think of Cena would be wonderful if he gets the day without work which will relax his neck issues, and that i do no longer think of Vince might placed him in any harm, so he will have no subject giving Cena day without work, yet different then that i had no subject with the different consumers solutions. via fact there fearing Cena might win the international identify back at unforgiven. now i believe quite a few the different consumers asserting it is not wonderful. it is in basic terms comments and we ought to appreciate that As for Cena permit's wish there no longer some thing greater, he's already telling WWE, with it being worse information then it is. top now WWE desires Cena via fact Orton is out. so if 2 significant journey stars are going to be out of action. then uncooked is going to have difficulty usher in visitors

If your range of movement (ROM)is limited and you hurt it moving i would recommend seeing a sports and remedial massage therapist. they can improve your (ROM) and lengthen out the tight muscles. I garuantee this to work! Your Doctor will only give you pain killers which mask the problem.

sounds like you may have pulled some tendons. If it doesn't go away soon, see a doc, cuz it could get worse. Has happened to me twice in my life, both times had to have injections to get them to relax and get rid of the pain and regain mobility.

It sounds like you have a kink in your neck. Trying stretching it different ways. Hold each stretch for 10 seconds, it should loosen up for you.
