I'm 17 years old, and my labia (inner lips) are longer than my outer ones. I've read many articles that this is completely normal, and I should accept my body. But, I'm really embarrassed about it..I've never asked anyone else about it, and I just wanted to know, do boys mind? Do they even notice? Is this as common as everyone says it is?

No, boys won't mind. In fact, most of them will find it "sexy" and facinating to confront.
Any guy who finds long labia "disgusting" shouldn't be there!
Relax...Most guys will go crazy for you.

my live in girlfriend has long labia and I really don't mind it all that much. It took getting used to after being with a woman with very small labia for 13 years. I have had women with all shapes and sizes. Yours will work just fine for you and I am sure that any young man you get involved with will be thinking of other things besides your labia. Just accept what you have and don't be critical of yourself. Good luck.

It's normal, as you've read. Some women's are longer than the outer, or vise versa. Men don't really care, I don't think. They just like naked females in general! Don't worry about it.

It is normal and some men/boys may find it attractive. I remember being with a girl like that and I had no qualms about it.

Mine are longer and nobody has ever noticed. You are normal. Just as breasts and penises are different so is that part.
