"Para-Dice" - Two cardboard boxes spraypainted white or black and then the dice numbers sprayed or cut-out of shelf paper and attached. Outfits underneath should match the base color of the dice. Cut holes for head, arms and legs.
Peter Pan & Tinkerbell or Captain Hook & Peter Pan (after all Pirates are in this year) Green leotard for peter pan, add a felt hat felt "skirt & collar" (both can be made with a glue gun) and a dagger, pink leotard & tutu along with a magic wand for tinkerbell. Captains outfit and hook for you know who.
Night & Day - Black turtle neck & jeans, glow in the dark stars, tiny american flag and silver hair spray (found a costume shop, or retail store). Stick the stars all over your black outfit (black duct tape works well) use gel to make your hair spiky, then spray it with silver spray. When it is dry stick the small flag somewhere in it (man landing on the moon). For day: Red/orange hair spray, light blue top, poly-fil(used to stuff pillows), blue jeans or khaki, or brown pants. Using gel make hair into spiky flames(solar flares) then spray, if you have body glitter you can use it on your face, but it is optional. Use poly-fil to form puffy clouds, and pin them all over your blue shirt.
Angel & Devil - Buy a cheap pair of fairy wings, use a white sheet to make a toga, buy some upholstry cording to tie at the waist, and attach the wings on the back, accesorize with sandals. For the devil get plastic horns that can be attached with glue to the forehead, buy a cheap belt and spraypaint it black or wrap it in red tape attach a point onto the end. Dress yourself all in black except for the red tail (attached to your belt) and a red tie. Blacken your hair.
All of these costumes can be made cheaply by going to a thrift store and/or the fabric store

Bonnie and Clyde would be so perfect for a couple to do. All you need is to go to a second hand store and find a cheap tux and a cute dress for you. Happy holloween.

california raisins
2 hefty black garbage bags
2 pair of sunglasses.
poke holes for eyes like you would a sheet to be a ghost.
put it over your head and put on the shades.
wear white gloves if you got em
and red and yellow horizontally striped stockings.
or just white pants

last year we went as pirate and his pirate wench.
u may have luck at a good will store,
search pictures of costumes for ideas then go to good will
store for vests boots etc.

a pair of blue jeans
each of you dress in all blue, one wears a tag that says Gene and one wears a tag the says Jean and when people ask "What are you?" say "a pair of blue jeans"

Hillbillies - bib overalls, straw hat, pig tails, freckles, red bandanas, black out a tooth or so, roll up the bibs, etc...
