There are lots of people making lots of money doing this. Basicly i would work as an independent dealer any help out there?

Who would buy an extended car warranty from someone who doesn't know where to begin?
For any kind of insurance, the buyer wants to be reasonably sure that the insurer will be there if they have a claim. Doesn't sound like you would be able to give any assurance on that.

I wouldnt do that unless your a mechanic or a dealer because parts are expensive and
you gone lose your shirt, better think of another way to make money
