I have taken care of alot of older adults who can no longer control bowel movements. Could anal sex make this happen to young people too?

Yes. If you practice anal sex regularly over a long period of time it can cause weakening of the anal sphincter. If it's a fairly rare thing, you're probably fine.

No, anal sex cannot make an otherwise healthy sphincter muscle from functioning properly. However, if you are having anal penetration and hopefully using lots of lubrication, then you could experience temporary anal leakage due to the lubrication. What you are describing in older adults is no different than their loss of bladder control, mostly due to aging or medication side-effects.

Anal sex will not cause the sphincter muscle to stop working.

this is something that i personally have never done, although my boyfriend begs for it, i have talked to a few of my friends that do it and they say that it feels better than frontal sex once you get past the first couple of times, and i did read that it can actually be healthy for you muscles in that area, but what dude said it true, never go back to front without washing, this causes all kinds of infections, oh, and my friends said it can make you loose, so you need to exercise that muscle regularly, much like you do with the front with kegal exercises, that's all the information i have, and if i ever get past that first couple of times, then maybe I'll have more for you...

I dislike to hear the word anal sex. When there are more enjoyable ways of doing sex play why choose for a nonsense.

No not at all. Sometimes people perform hard or rough anal sex and then there are some complications but it will always work.

Good luck!!!

Not under normal circumstances. There are a lot of adult film stars and homosexuals who put their equipment through the wringer and have no ill effects.

depends i guess....I know that some doctors will tell you that having anal sex excessively can cause a prolapse of the rectum....but I am not sure of the exact statistics of that.....

yes, amongst tons of other painful or uncomfortable problems. It'd probably happen over time though, not immediately, and more likely in people who do it more often, naturally.

Unfortunately , incontinence is often one of the symptoms of getting old and not the result of many years of sodomy as your question implies.
