if so what form of execution does texas use?

Let me put it this way, a few years back a Texas law maker authored a bill that if you were convicted of murder, and 2 or more people testified that they saw with their own eyes they saw you do it, then you'd get zero appeals, and go straight to the front of the line.

So, while other states are placing moritoriums and trying to abolish the death penalty, Texas is trying to put in an express lane!

Oh my darling. Not only does Texas have the death penalty, but there are more people on death row and executed in Texas than in any other state in the United States.

Texas does have the death penalty. They execute people by lethal injection after 18:00. The drugs used are:
sodium thiopental
pancuronium bromide
potassium chloride
The cost of the drugs is $86.08

They do, and they use lethal injection.
I prefer hanging, so I can watch them dance on the end of the rope. I doubt it's anywhere near as cruel as what they did to the people they killed.

YES!!!!!!
I believe they use lethal injection. And that is one serious waste of tax dollars. just get a firing squat, bang its over.
