i want to know what is the name of the cords to be able to play them in a guitar.. not sure if the question makes any sense hopefully someon knows what i'm talking about :/

this is referring to the spelt out name of notes , like in the movie "the sound of music"

DO is the root and the # means to raise it by a half step
MI is the third chord/note
FA is the fourth chord/note and the # means to raise it by a half step
SI is the fifth chord/note
LA is the sixth chord/note

~all of these are in reference to the key of the song, where the key is the root, or one chord.

Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti - these are all solfege, or degrees of the diatonic scale (they make up an octave). Here is a sight that will tell you which chord each of these are:
