However, Ireland and the US have a double taxation agreement which in principle ensures that tax paid in one country is allowed as a credit against tax payable in the other. For more information contact the Irish Revenue Commissioners, Dublin Castle, Dame Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, (tel. 011-353-1-679.2777). "

Probably, but if not, there are a lot of tax preparers who do US and UK. UK tax laws are similar to Ireland, so a US preparer versed in UK tax law can also help with Irish residents.

If that's the case, you'll need a separate Irish tax accountant. When choosing your Irish tax preparer, you'll want one well versed in nondomiciled (that's you, dude) clients. You will be resident, but you don't want to be domiciled - higher taxes if you do.

It does stop them when Coolidge lowered it in the 20's more rich started to pay tax's rather then invest them in shealters. Same thing in the 1960's when JFK did it, and agian in the 80's. You raise them and rather then use the capital hear to create jobs and increase revenue through production we will send it overseas.
