wont perform so well.its completely new and i have no experience in energy at all.i am comfortable all the time with telecoms. for the company i was offered the cust serv in the telecom side of the business but m intereviewer stated i will fit vry well in energy and i will be very useful with my critical thinking and analysis. i go live tomoro on the phones and i am wondering whether i shud back out. cuz i am not confident on what to say on the phones if qeries come in. is it that i dont want to respond to change or what

It's perfectly natural to be worried about doing a job you have never done before, but what's the worst that can happen? -You'll just look like an idiot until you get it down. No big deal. You aren't expected to be perfect when you first start something new. Be glad at the opportunity for change and to use your skills.
