Well, a pharaoh would have priestly powers and become a God after death, so maybe the pharaoh?

Pharao cannot be the next because his level cannot be compared to others ( Prince , King , Emperor )
If I refer to some parts of the History I will find :
Prince < King < Emperor < Sultan

To look for someone higher than an emperor, you'd compare apples with oranges. There is no secular office higher than emperor, though long ago popes asserted their supremacy over all secular leaders. But this wouldn't apply to the emperors of non-Christian countries like Japan or China. You could rank emperors between those who had real empires (Rome, Byzantium, China) and those who were really just heads of countries (Germany, Korea).

Technically I'd have to say no one, since the Pharoas never had the reach and influence than the Roman, Byzantine, Holy Roman or Russian emperors. had

the emperor have a prince and a king have a prince , they are son or daughters. the prince will be the human with more level , because the emperor or the king will please them princess with any requests.
