If you havent 'done anything' then you should be fine. At your age, that's normal. You're growing and your body is changing so it's normal for that to sometimes happen. It could be a change in your diet. If you're not eating enough or not eating good, that could be a part of it. If you're very athletic or have recently starting working out more than you normally would, that could cause it too. Go to a doctor if you're worried. You may need to get on something to regulate it. But, if you haven't been sexually active, then you have nothing to worry about.

If you have never had sex, there is nothing to worry about. Amenorrhea ( the absence of menses) is not a health issue unless to indicate pregnancy or menapause. You are too young for menapause so if you can't be pregnant stop worrying. Some girls skip frequently all throughout their lives. Some become more regular after teenage years. Girls with very low body weight tend to experience this (skipping periods) more frequently.

If you are sexually active at 14, then in all likelihood you are pregnant. Congratulations! If you are not sexually active and certain that pregnancy is impossible as a cause, then you are simply early in the menstruation process and your cycles haven't stabilized yet. Perhaps, you will never have "regular periods". Some women have huge variations.

It's very normal. I went through this, my mom even suspected
I was pregnant!, but the doctor told me it was just stress causing
to delay my period. Find out what's causing you to stress and try to relax with some yoga or meditation. If you need to periods to be regular you might want to try some tea which you could find them at health food stores and among these I've tried are
"Moon Cycle" and "PMS Tea" hope that helps!

Christiana, calm down hun. If you didn't do anything, then there is nothing wrong. You are not pregnant. Your hormones are off that is all and that happens frequently with young women your age. Take a deep breath and relax, your period will be here soon enough. Good Luck !!!

If you are having sex, then you could be pregnant. Get a home pregnancy test, read the instructions and take it. If you are not pregnant, it is easy to miss a period or two for a few years until your cycle evens out. Good luck!

I'm guessing because of your age that you have only been menstruating for a few years at most. during these first few years it is normal for the frequency of periods to fluctuate. however, diet can also influence menstruation so it could be a result of poor diet, but most likely it's just your body adjusting to menstruation.

You are still very young and your cycle is not regular yet. If you haven't had sex then just enjoy being period free. I would also recommend that you have a parent take you to see a doctor just to rule out any oddities.
