Benoit is the greatest technical wrestler out there. Along with Kurt Angle... but there is a difference between the two. Benoit isn't given the chance to accomplish much because he isn't that large a draw as compared to some others. He has a small gimmick and that is of the "Rabid Wolverine"... but even then that is just a moniker. He keeps it real and keeps it true and I admire him for that. With the WWE though, it is all about marketing and drawing in the kiddies now who can't appreciate what a true class act he is.

WCW champion for day or so then signed with the WWE along with Eddie Guerrero (RIP), Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn as they became The Radicalz... so yet when he was the WWE champion he was still treated as a mid-carder that shows you that he really didn't accomplish a lot then he gets "traded" to Smackdown, how weird, after he decides to come to RAW after winning the Royal Rumble... Defeats Michaels and HHH in Wrestlemania by making HHH tap out and then losing the title to all people Orton.... Pathetic, however I don't know whenever it is fair or just messed up that the WWE doesn't give Benoit fair shots at the title now.... Or any of the guys that came out of The Radicalz including Guerrero.... The sad thing is he that he is still standing and the rest of his crew has faded away.... Eddie by death, Saturn couldn't cut it, and Malenko retired, so Benoit remains the top of his Radicalz members but he and Eddie are two of the best techinical wrestlers of all-time!

Chris Benoit, in an opinion of me and others, never got many chances to be in the realm of Hogan, Triple H, etc. Eddie Guerrero did from No Way Out in San Fran a few years ago and lasted for a year. If a definition of not accomplishing much means not winning world championships multiple times, then many have not done much, and a few done plenty. Consider the caliber of opponents he faced over the years and many big matches he has had. How he presents himself in the ring has allowed me to respect his talents to a very high degree. Surely if he had won the worlds championship a few times, would it be much of a difference as far as respect of the sport of kings compared to this moment?

i would agree on the best wrestler today because he's such an excellent technical wrestler and submission wrestler. his skills are above most anybody in wrestling today unless you step over to TNA where he would be given a better chance to show what he's got. he just doesn't get to promotion like Triple H, or Big Show or John Cena. they don't use their good talent in WWE they use who can act the best. wrestling is TNA and that's where Benoit should be so he can prove his skills against wrestlers who are worth competing with like AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Petey Williams and now recently Kurt Angle who Benoit has faced many times and put on the greastest matches of his carreer

benoit is not the best wrestler alive, he's very teachnical and good at what he does for mid card wrestling against opponents such as mr.kennedy, william regal, finlay etc. But he will never be a Triple H, Randy Orton, Kurt Angle (when he was around) or Shawn Michaels. That's why he has only the world heavyweight title once.

Why does everyone like beniot so much. He is overrated. Undertaker, Goldberg, Stone Cold, The Rock are some of the many wrestlers above benoit.

he is one of the best know doubt about that but the best alive, he's the best technical wrestler in the history of sports entertainment, but i think he's been screwed because he's done to much to not earn a world heavyweight championship cause if u think about it he was the person who made hhh tap out at wrestlemania and that's probably the hardest thing to do so hes one of the best know doubt about that

yes beniot is one of the best, if not the best, but I think you can't judge him but the number of title it should be the quanlity of his matches. The only people with beniot is the doesnt really have what they call a gimmick
