Why do they have signs at the McDonalds Drive thru that say Braille menus available.

Well, I'm not really sure. I'd suppose that she washes his mouth out with soap, but that would be pretty stupid if he never says anything...because he can't/refuses to. If the mute gives someone the finger, then I guess she can "wash his hands with soap," but that would be dumb too. She has to "burn his hands with fire," or something like that. I really wouldn't know what to do in that situation. BY THE WAY...I love your icon!

I'm married to a man who was born deaf. It's amazing how well swear words spill out with perfect clarity form someone who cannot hear themself talk. He watches how to pronounce words, works at a factory and you can imagine the great things he can say. Cute though, wash their hands. You should see them try to talk with one hand (broke his arm and in a sling).
