You need to seek legal advice and show them the contract. They might be able to make you and your daughter leave because you are not on the contract regardless of everything else. Talk to a lawyer (they will give you a free consulation) and get some advice. They will tell you what your rights are and what the rights of the other people are.

Good luck!

Do you have a rent book? Does the contract mention a number greater than one (ie your girlfriend) being able to live there too? If not, you are on a sticky wicket to be honest.

You need to get legal advice from a sol who knows about tenancy laws.

I'm pretty sure that your girlfriend has won this one for you. The only person that can kick you out is her and the only person that can kick her out is the landlord.
The two lads shouldnt be so insesitive towards a family but maybe its time you took a leap and became a proper family in another house with out the lads, or if pos, get them out!

No they can't, legally. Do they have their names in the contract as well? Also it will depend on the terms on the contract. You said you pay the bills, do they come in your name? A bit more info might help.

They have accepted rent off you so they have agreed to have you there - therefore they cannot just change their mind when it suits them. As you are not on the agreement then they should've refused you from the outset. This situation can get very very complicated so this is not the place for it. Get on the internet or go to your citizens advice bureau.

no signed tenancy agreement you can leave when you want, at least they gave you a month notice.leave your missus there on contact rites to hound and harass em out. you`ll enjoy the time off.

I think if you're a parent, you should type like one.
