The Children's Hour. Audrey Hepburn, Shirley MacLaine, and James Garner. Some snotty girl started telling everybody that two teachers who live together are lesbians (Hepburn and MacLaine). Well, when the dust all settles the two teachers are in their apartment, Hepburn resting in a comfy chair and MacLaine (if I remember right) was ironing and says something about how she always did have special feelings for (Hepburn), and the film closed with the shocked look on Hepburn's face.
