if people cant chat here and do not have voice chat can they meet up on the 360 page? seems logical.

I've talked to quite a few people on 360 that I met here on Yahoo answers. no voice chat that I'm aware of. always nice to meet new people...

You can't chat on the questions page, but I don't see why you couldn't on the 360 page. An email address is typically provided as well.

Well, I rarely, if ever, chat with people but I have added a couple of people to my friends and/or watch list because I liked their Q & A's and their pics aren't so bad either.
