Markets? Well there's Petticoat Lane (which is actually in Middlesex Street) near Liverpool Street Station. That's mostly a clothes market. Go on a Sunday.

Why dont you check out some charity shops? You get some nearly new stuff, hardly worn, and a fraction of the price. Make sure you go to an upmarket neighborhood tho, where people are likely to chuck good stuff out just cos they're bored with it.

Ebay always has lots of clothing items on it, you don't need to leave your house. Some items are still new with tags.

check out e bay, you get designer clothes at bargain prices. There not all used items,you can buy brand new ones,i have had some real bargains.......
