A white male would not allow a young black girl or mixed girl to have sex because she is a virign and if he did allow her to have sex, it would be with him and him alone. And to this day why do men like virgins so much and they get excited when you tell a man that you are a virign?

While the desireablity of 'virgins' are not to be disputed (a whole different subject there) this is not the full reason that the plantation owners wanted the girls for themselves.
Remember that the owners of slaves see these slaves as pieces of property to be bought, sold and used as they wanted. They also realized early on that if their slaves where to 'breed' and have families they could increase their 'herd'. These off spring could then be sold off for a profit. However, the owners then found out that by selling the offspring of a 'slave family' the parents became more difficult to manange and control... after all.. you just sold their child. However, if they (the owners) had sex with a slave and the offspring from that was sold, it wasn't so difficult for the slaves to handle.. after all this was usually a product of rape and not love.
This sounds (and is) extremely horrific and it is certainly a blight on any civilization that condons slavery. Unfortunately the plantation owners had lots of history to teach them how to deal with their slaves. Almost every early civilization had their share of slavery. Even today, slavery still exist and (to me) is a sure sign of an uncivilized world.

For the most part they treated the slaves the same as the men did. Some of the women were probably worse than the men to the women because they knew their white husbands were off banging the female slaves producing little mixed children. They also may have been more cruel to them because women didn't have many rights themselves and history has shown us that if there is someone "below" us in stature we will find a way to treat them poorly just to make ourselves feel better about our own poor standing. The flip side is that there were some women who were more caring and nurturing than most. These are the women you will hear the least about in history during the civil war. These are the women who tended to the wounds of the slaves, snuck food to the slaves when their husbands were starving them and helped deliver the babies of the female slaves. There are some of these women out there but history would rather have the world believe that everyone was a cruel slave owner during this time and that no one who owned slaves was decent to them. These people existed also. Our proof is in the old country records. after the Emancipation Proclamation, there were many slaves who chose not to leave their masters because they believed that the master was not all that bad.

I think it's some kind of conquest. They feel that they've conquered something that they can brag to the other guys about. But if they hurt the girl, that's nothing to brag about. That just means they're careless and a low grade partner. I think they also have some misconception that virgins are tighter. That's not necessarily so. Virgins don't typically know how to exercise their kagel muscle.

I guess a guy feels somehow special or unique, if he is the first to have sex with a virgin. It is her first time, but he makes it about himself.

Not sure of the point of this question. To THIS DAY, black african males rape young, (often children) virgin black females because they have been led to believe it cures AIDS. Does that "excite them" as they are raping them???
Rape doesn't belong to one specific race.
