When you wash your clothes they shrink in the washer, just a little. That is why the are so snug, then you start bending and moving around alot which causes them to strecth and become loose.

It happens. You could wear a belt if they get so loose to the point of falling off your butt. I had a pair of HCO jeans that were like that, then finally after enough washings they shrunk and stayed snug. You could try drying them longer then usual. It will probably help.

They are the stretchy jeans. Try buying your pants a size smaller or wearing a belt if it bothers you that bad. Oh, or you could put them in the dryer.

It means that the jeans have some stretch material in it....they are stretching because you body is wedged into them....if it bothers you that bad you should not put your jeans in the dryer or iron them!

what is the cut of the jean....if it is a relaxed fit that will explain it....that happens to me all the time...try the skinny/slim cut....the waist isn't smaller....just the legs/butt. try the gap...they have a great selection(s)...

My inclination is to think the fabric is suspect. Try upgrading to a better grade of trouser....inexpensive is not always the better choice.

Make sure you buy your pants with spandex. 100% cotton will do this; there is nothing you can do to prevent it.
