my shower pressure is running slow and I believe the shower head is dirty.... what kind of solution should i soak the head in? I dont have an CRL, any other products? Dishsoap and hot water? bleach? please help

throw it away and buy another one. a solid brass, chrome dipped shower head like they use in motels costs less than $10
