I just use dish soap and a long handled scrub brush. Pour the soap directly on the oil spot and scrub with a little water. The rain will take care of the rest. Works just fine.

A liquid detergent that has a grease cutting agent works well. Power 409 is awesome for driveway stains however my personal favorite is the hand cleaner you get at the auto parts store. Its way cheaper then the driveway cleaner they offer and works (In my opinion) better.

A bit of water on the oil
Some laundry detergent on the wet spot.
Much effort with a stiff scrub brush.
Rinse.
Repeat as necessary.

Been doing it for years, and is quite acceptable.

Good Luck

Owner is not responsible to clean! ... power washer and some cleaner designed to deep clean and it will look as good as new.

You could try laundry detergent or patio cleaner and a power washer.

disel fuel works fairly well. Most cleaners will only lighten it,
Certain acids help to cut though the layers to the concrete.
