The field was rock hard and I was wearing normal soccer boots. I was pushed in the air after I jumped and I landed on my heel, either bruising it or twisting it. I couldn´t walk at all for 1 week and now have been improviing but can still not comfortably run. It hurts a lot to get massaged on both sides and the bottom of the heel. Any ideas what the injury might be and how I should treat it?

Try soaking in warm epson salt water to help the soreness and try a cushioned shoe insert to cushion your heel. Since you must use your feet to walk daily its going to have to heal and be used at the same time. Showing signs of improvement is a good sign if it should worsen you may need to see the Dr. and get it checked out and possibly x-rayed.
