yes. as long as it meets the dot( department of transportation) and epa (environmental protection agency) requirements it will OK to drive. look at the postal trucks. they sell them ofter they do not need them and you can register and drive them. it will take time to get used to and parking might be difficult.

Double check the laws in your state. For the most part Yes you can. however there are some citys/state that have speed restrictions for right hand drive cars. You will need to check you state laws.

Assuming the car meets DOT standards and can be titled, it doesn't matter which side the steering wheel is on. I've actually see a car with just one seat in the middle.

youre allowed to drive for up to 30 days with a foreign licence. after that, you have to go in and exchange it for an american one, which is quite easy. ive known some foreign exchange students who have done it.
