My car has had starting problems for a while, I have to keep the key turned for a long time for the engine to finally start. Everything sounds normal...it just doesn't start for quite a while. So I paid 650 to have the car fixed and still the same problem. What do I do? Try to get my money back? Go in and pay more?

The car is a Chrystler Concorde 1997 and has 260,000 miles on it...a lot, I know. I took it to Car-X, would they lie to me to get more money?

Take it back and tell them they didn't fix it properly, that either they need to repair the car at no additional cost, or refund your money.

They were paid to fix the problem, so, politely ask them to do just that, they are obliged to do so.
