What about it? That four years ago I could afford a four br, two car gar. 2 1/2 bath home, now I can't. No, don't like it.

There's nothing wrong with the housing market. This dip is way overdue because prices had been bid up far above what a normal family was able to afford (at least on the coasts, anyway).

Flat with no end in sight .So many people now filling for bakruptcy it will only be a few months now till banks auction of the homes to cover the loans if they can .
I predict bank failures or a huge massive bail out to banks from the federal government soon .
Trading paper is always good for the college kids to cut there teeth on before mom and dad tell them to take a job with the company they own and enjoy the 500,000 a year job cause if you pull that scam again they will be locking you up .
We are running out of ways to cheat hard working americans out of the money they make .
