i have seen a lot that are seriously hung...do a lot of them get it surgically altered or is this a strange phenomenon?

i am an early stage MTF trans. (pre op TS). i am on hormones and just the opposite happens. your testes shrink and the production of male hormones is greatly diminished. as far as FTM trans are concerned, i cant speak to that but i do know there is some form of penile implantation done at the time of the SRS. and yes, i do have breasts (36C) and i will have implants done after the first of the year to round them out to a full D cup. most MTF's do that anyhow.

You must be looking at tranny porn. Many trannies have their organs shrink after hormone therapy starts.

Um... WHAT!?!? that's a wierd question but I think it depends on the person, and where they live, If you want to know if you should do it depending on if everyone else is doing it then i'm sorry but your on your own as far as i can see.

i wouldnt call them trannies. your refering to people in the porn movies and no one serious about transitioning is going to flaunt their penis like that. those are probably people that got breast augmentation in order to get into the movies
